Scope of our service
Los Frayles Tours system shows all the information of the services offered, but does not guarantee the availability at the moment. Once the reservation is made, you will automatically receive an email with a copy of the data entered. Within 48 hours, one of our consultants will contact you by email to confirm the status of your reservation, depending on availability. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that he/she correctly provides his/her e-mail and contact telephone numbers. If you do not receive the confirmation within the established period, you should contact Los Frayles Tours. The company acts as an intermediary between tour operators and passengers, facilitating the booking process through commercial agreements with various operators that provide the booked services.
Program and Service Pricing
- All rates are in US dollars and Peruvian soles. They do not include the IGV of 18%, applicable to Peruvians and foreigners residing in Peru (exonerated for foreigners).
- Rates are not valid for holidays, public holidays or long weekends, unless specifically indicated.
- Groups of more than 10 people have discounts. Contact our team by writing to reservations@grupolosfrayles.com.
- Transportation rates are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Confirmed price will be sent by email.
Reserves, Payments and Deposits
- To confirm a reservation, we require full payment or a security deposit. The reservation will be confirmed only when you receive an email from one of our consultants with the status "confirmed" and the corresponding code.
- Payments or deposits must be made through our online system or by transfer to the company's bank accounts.
Reservations of Tourist Packages / Tours
- Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by email with a reservation code.
- To confirm services, it is necessary to submit your application online and make full payment or a deposit within the established deadlines.
- The tour operator will contact you at your destination. You must identify yourself with your passport or identity card and pay any outstanding balance in cash before starting the service.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to inform his/her arrival and departure times in advance.
- If you need a pick-up at a specific place different from the itinerary, you must coordinate it in advance. This may incur additional charges.
- For packages that include transportation, please be present at the boarding point with the required time in advance. The company is not responsible if you lose your ticket due to delays beyond our control.
- All reservations are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to cancellation policies.
- Tours are weather dependent. If weather conditions affect the service, the operator's conditions will apply, with no possibility of refunds.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, you will have 48 hours to make observations. After that time, it will be considered accepted.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the beginning of the service: 100% penalty.
- Cancellations between 2 and 7 days: 50% penalty + US$ 5 administrative fee.
- Cancellations between 8 and 30 days: penalty of US$ 25 per passenger.
- Rescheduling less than 45 days: accepted only if there are no outstanding balances and the operator allows it.
- Refunds only apply more than 90 days in advance or if the company is unable to provide the service. In that case, no more than 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Documentation
- Passengers must carry a valid passport or travel document according to Peruvian regulations.
- Foreigners must send a copy of the immigration stamp for IGV exemption. Otherwise, they will have to pay it.
- Children need a passport or ID card. If traveling with a guardian or only one parent, they must present notarized authorization. Lack of documentation will result in a 100% penalty.
Responsibilities
- Liability for services not provided by Los Frayles Tours is limited to the cost of such services.
- We act as intermediaries between passengers and tour operators. We are not responsible for losses, damages or incidents arising from third party services, such as transportation, accommodation or tours.
- We do not assume responsibility in cases of adverse weather conditions, strikes, border closures or force majeure.
Means of Payment
- We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) and bank transfers.
- Payments from abroad include transaction costs, borne by the customer.
- If you pay in a currency different from the quotation provided, you assume the exchange rate differences.
