Tour Information

The tour begins with a visit to the Ballestas Islands, our first point of visit will be the Candelabro located in the Paracas peninsula, then continue to the islands where we can see rock formations, while the guide will explain about the flora and fauna found in the area, you can see animals such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins and some types of birds like boobies, guanay, cormorants, curlews, among others. At the end of the tour we will return to the starting point in the Chaco.

Then you will have free time to take a walk along the boulevard of Chaco where you can see craft stores, you can also take the opportunity to have lunch in a restaurant that is located in the same place.

At 3:00 pm we will meet at our office to start the next adventure, enjoy an extensive hike through the Paracas National Reserve to observe the sunset, on the way you can see large cliffs, a great encounter with nature in which you can appreciate one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. At the end of the hike we will return to the starting point.

Itinerary

07:40 am - Reception at the bus terminal in Paracas or at Los Frayles Hotel.
07:45 am - Transfer to the tourist pier.
08:00 am - Tour to the Ballestas Islands begins.
We will board an airboat with two outboard motors that will take us to the main marine sanctuary of the Peruvian coast: the Ballestas Islands. During the tour, we will observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, humboldt penguins, tendrils, boobies, pelicans and other seabirds.
10:00 am - Return from the tour.

Departure to the Paracas National Reserve to start the Golden Shadows Trek (Approximate duration: 3 hours).
We will explore unique landscapes while the sunlight casts golden shadows on the coastal desert, creating an unforgettable visual spectacle.
Return and end of service.
