Terms and Conditions of Los Frayles Tours

1. Introduction

Welcome to Los Frayles Tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making your reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • To guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to make a partial or full payment as specified in each tour.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and other methods indicated on our website.
  • The payment gateway used is OpenPay, guaranteeing secure and reliable transactions.
  • Confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e-mail once payment has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the tour will receive a partial refund of 50%.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation due to weather or force majeure, a rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

4. Itinerary Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the tours for climatic, logistical or security reasons, always ensuring the best possible experience for our clients.
  • In case of significant changes, passengers will be informed in advance and viable alternatives will be offered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be at the meeting point at the indicated time. Failure to be punctual may result in the loss of the tour without refund.
  • It is recommended to bring identification documents, appropriate clothing for the weather and to follow all the guide's indications.
  • Passengers are responsible for their behavior during the excursion. Any damage caused to third parties or property will be the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Responsibility of Los Frayles Tours

  • We are committed to provide a safe and quality service. However, we are not responsible for accidents, loss of personal belongings or situations beyond our control.
  • We have professional and qualified guides to guarantee a safe and enriching experience.

7. Refunds and Claims

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Any complaint must be made in writing within 48 hours after the service, detailing the reason and attaching the relevant information.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided by customers will be used exclusively to manage reservations and provide information about our services. They will not be shared with third parties without express authorization.

9. Applicable Legislation

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Peru.
